It's odd, the Thermal Suite has never been available to book online for my Encore sailing (August 7). If its not I will still have fun as a bad day at sea is better than a good day on land. Their literature states all venues will be open and the thermal suite is the highlight of this cruise. I sure hope they open it or I will need my money back as I booked it via phone.
